This was a replacement after I tried and failed to fix her original. The game works, not great, she says there's a lag at times between joystick and on screen. There were also problems trying to migrate her game scores from original to new machine. For the money, not too impressed.

Because it was replaced. You all should tell us that at time of sending it off for repair a month later I go to the store to see what’s up because I quit getting updated. Next thing I know they replace it and tell me buy more insurance!!
