My child didn't have this a year and he snagged the joy con and it broke off. It worked great before that happened but now he doesn't have a switch to play with.

Returned it the knob broke after a week but could not find a replacement at Best Buy so went to Walmart. Thankfully easy return

After a few minutes you will feel the pain on your wrist because you are not able to detach the controls, no HDMI output , the resolution is okay it could be better. Fun to play

Broke after 30 days wont turn on wont hardrest nothing

I can’t possibly review the switch light because the item was lost. I had to do all the legwork to find out that it was lost so it was very disappointing

I ordered it really loved it but then 2 weeks go by and I got joy con drift and I didn’t want to repair it so I returned it and ordered myself the regular switch

Not sure if this Christmas season I had the bad luck of buying a defective or if they're all like that.. but yesterday I got a new one from Best buy so let's see how this works out maybe I can change my preview later on... That's for now the first one that I got in December had a connection problem it kept kicking me off the internet.. over and over and over again it was pointless for the kid to try to even play fortnite he gave up.. then after that I went ahead to the store and I brought a game Mario Odyssey... It starts off for about 1 minutes stops working it says software stop working due to an error.. so I was thinking okay maybe it's just that game so I took it back and I got another game same thing.. so I called into endo and they told me that some games are not compatible.. but as I was talking to Nintendo I was at Walmart.. epic games that I brought the guy Walmart said yes they work because I have the Nintendo lit.. then I thought okay maybe something is wrong with the slots where you slide the game... So I went ahead and I downloaded games same thing again... Check for corrupted files turned it off and turned it back on nothing... So I got a new one in yesterday let's see what happens hopefully I just got one of the bad ones... But I was really skeptical in getting a new one I wasn't sure if I was just going to get a refund or trade it for a new one.. just the fact that the Nintendo guy told me that a lot of them had problems with that error message scared me silly

i had problems charging the switch. it doesn’t work good

its a bummer that no games come with the $200 console. And the games aren't cheap either. Its easy to spend $1k on the console and games alone.

Didn't keep us updated on something you sent from mail. It took several days to find out where it was. The rest of the order was perfect.

Purchased this game system for my grandson. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 2 weeks. Getting it serviced through Geek Squad.

A huge waste of time to order a $200 product & have it delivered to my base completely damaged. Took 2 hours to get in touch with customer service.

Should have bought this somewhere else. Best buy is trash.

Bought this thinking I’d enjoy playing on the go but being as I am a pc gamer, I just didn’t enjoy it enough for the price.

This order sent to my house went fine. I had previously tried to order this product and a game for curb side pick up which I had to cancel when they ran out of stock for the consul. After canceling it said the purchase would be refunded but I still have a 63$ charge on my bank account from the canceled game. This product is great and I am happy to have it and was happy with the delivery I’m just not happy about the extra charge in my bank account.

I honestly thought Nintendo would’ve been a little better about something like this. If you’re going to get a switch lite get a battery pack with it.

Not long battery life. Not much storage space but sound and screen is good.
