The system is great, except I can hardly use it. My hands are too big

I can’t find the bigger one and bought it to play those games.

My grandsons are enjoying this switch for their gaming time.

Was a Christmas gift for grand son. Stopped working after 1 week.

I bought this since all the regular Nintendo Switches were out thinking it would be same, unfortunately I was wrong it’s super thin and small for big hands. It will be good for kids or people with smaller hands but mine feel all crunched together and hard to operate easily.

I was so excited and my switch worked wonderful for the first few days I had it. I had gotten animal crossing and by day 4 or 5 noticed my character was starting to lag or hesitate when I pushed the left joy con to the left for her to move. This progressively got worse to the point where she was stopping, going in a circle, moving on her own when I wasn't touching the joy con. I did some research and it appears Nintendo Switch lites are having a lot of issues with this specific joy con. Very disappointing for Nintendo to deliver a product with a defect when you are paying a good amount for it. That's why I decided to return it. Wouldn't buy another until Nintendo upgrades their line of switches to fix this issue.

I bought this product less than a month ago and I love it right. But the joystick on the left side no longer works and it’s been less than 30 days and I want an exchange. Great game system. Sucky controls. I don’t even want to use it anymore.

I ended up with a product that stopped working 2 months into using it. I barely get to play with this because of the product being broken somehow already. It’s been sitting in a box. It will work for a few days real fine and then I’ll lose everything. I have to lose all my progress in my games and I find that irritating . I had at least 4 games bought already and played them for those two months and I already received an orange screen. How can they sell something like this to people and I didn’t get a warranty because the switch itself is already expensive as is.

My switch came I played it for two hours it stopped working and has been useless since. I spent hours on the phone trying to get in contact with a Best Buy employee to help me correct the problem and was never able to be patched through to someone. I order the switch as a way to play legend of Zelda on a device made by one of my favourite childhood video game brands. I was highly disappointed as weeks later I have not been able to get threw to anyone nor have I been able to play the system I bought as a result.

Buying a game this expensive can come with a memory card. And it also says that it's not available in your country.. because I am not in the USA. I basically went to hell to make it work!

I mean Jesus. After 3 hours of play, Joycon sometimes stopped responding when moved to the left or right. It's so horrible when you play something like Monster Hunter. Right Joycon seems fine but that might be ebcause i don't use it too often.

A very handy product if you dont wanna carry the original switch with you, its basically a miniature switch and very good for traveling

I purchased this product and as soon as I take it out of the box the left joystick has an issue when you move it to the left. It's probably not making a good connection.

I purchased this to play Pokémon when it came out. The joystick developed dead spots within the first three days, and this was playing Pokémon a game that does not really require sharp joystick use. Not durable whatsoever

No no no don’t do it and don’t get it . After feeling HD rumble from a regular switch I can’t recommend this switch u are missing out

This is definite nothing like the switch. There has been an issue with the fan since a week after our purchase. I contacted Nintendo and by the time they responded it had been 2 weeks which is all best but allows to return. Nothing but issues with the last Two items I’ve purchased from Best Buy. This will be my last bigger purchase because the return time is horrible, hasn’t even been a month with the device.
