I had to but this item for my grandchild but I am of the opinion that is it junk…cheaply made and overpriced…

Ordered it , came and as soon as i opened it the dpad didnt work . Ordered a new one hopefully i have better luck with the new one

Received a used, dirty product. There was already a profile on it with a different kids name on it and the screen was dirty with splatter spots and fingerprints. This was supposed to be a gift from Santa, I had to tell my child that Santa brought her the wrong kids gift. I bought a new item not a used item!! Called the service department and was told they could only do a return. So mad!!!

In my opinion the games for this device are extremely expensive. (around $60). The build quality doesn't feel good. It's like the buttons will fall anytime soon. After playing a bit my hands were in pain. $100 for the console and $25 for the games would be a fair price in my opinion. If you own a smartphone you can get a xbox wireless controller and have a better experience with casual games.

They sent this said that it needed signature required. Yet package along with everything else I ordered was just left at the door by the shipping company and when I try to report the problem it doesn’t even give me the option. Ridiculous !!!!!!!!this is not a review on the switch I’m sure it must be a fine product it’s a review on horrible management.!!!!!!!

The product doesn't work. The left thumbstick on the switch lite is not working properly. Spend 2 hours with Nintendo chat and they are asking to send it to repair that would cost $100. It is a disappointment that this happens after spending so much money to buy a brand new Switch Lite.

I exchanged one switch lite and returned the replacement. Both completely ignored diagonal inputs on the dpad unless you press unreasonably hard on the plastic surrounding the pad.

I bought this device for my son on his 7th birthday and it stopped working after 2 weeks. Will be returning. I’m not sure if this is a common problem or just a defected device. Very disappointing.

The Nintendo switch lite started glitching eight months after purchasing it. I have a screen protector and case on it. I purchased a two year protection plan on the Nintendo switch lite and was informed by Best Buy that I couldn’t get a refund. I need to make an appointment with Geek Squad. What a disappointment!!!

Unacceptable! The location I bought this didn't tell me it was used and dirty! I bought it online as a new product before Christmas! When my son opened it on Christmas day, it was used and dirty with someones profile still on there! Why would they put a used item and mark it as new!!!!

I haven’t receive my order as yet, it’s almost a month since I ordered.
