I bought this switch on June 4th and it no longer works.. not even a month with it and it doesn't charge, I called customer services but I unfortunately missed the 15 days to return or exchange by 6 days.. now I'm stuck having to find someone to fix it

I’ve never had an issue with Nintendo before so I threw away the package right away. My mistake. Less than one month into ownership and it won’t turn on. I will have to send it to Nintendo for repair which is currently not available due to the pandemic.

It was working perfectly the first couple of days but now it keeps freezing and it freezes a lot and It’s really hard to unfreeze so I do not recommend

Worst Bestbuy experience of my life. Will never shop with your store again. Imagine having to argue with a store manager to get the items I paid for online and then be berated over mask policies when I wearing a mask.

I had the Switch for 30 days. It went dead put it on the charger held in start button for 30 sec. Repeated several times. It will not turn on and you can not return it. When you call customer service your are on hold for three and a half hours.

I bought a Nintendo switch that I’m happy with but I also purchased a speaker which I never received and still haven’t gotten a refund for that it’s been 3 weeks so I won’t be buying from you guys again

B'day gift for grandson..have no clue how to play the game..he thinks it's the best thing ever..he was so surprised..he though it was to expensive for someone to purchase for him..but being Grannie he deserved it good grades in school..

Worth the investment! Fun games! The ability to play on the go, is a definite win!

My son has not even had this a month and he keeps getting an error every time he turns it on. And has to turn it off then back on to try to play it. Realky disappointed in the amount of money paid for it and it dont properly work.

This device died after only 2 weeks. The battery went bad. I am currently in a 3 week hold with Nintendo trying to get it returned so they can fix it. Probably wont buy another items fromBeat Buy or Nintendo.

Opened it as a Christmas present today and the screen has horizontal lines on it. I am going to try and exchange it for a different one tomorrow. Hoping this is not a problem with all of them

I picked this up in store mostly because I've been waiting for a Switch restock, either the regular one or the lite, and I decided on the Lite because of the color. The color's a little more purple than anything, on the box it shows like a navy, dark blue, but in person I noticed it to be a little purple, even though it's still a nice color, it's not exactly blue. If you're on the fence about getting a Switch or undecided on which to get, if you already have a console (PS4/5, Xbox One/SX) I would say that you would be good with a Switch Lite, unless you'd really want to experience games like SM: Odyssey, Breath of the Wild on a bigger screen. However, if you don't have a console at home, I would say go for the regular Switch, that way playing with more people is more effective, and playing games like Fortnite or Mortal Kombat would look better on a bigger screen with the added portability. I personally don't really care about docking the Switch, many of my friends who own a regular Switch don't dock it very often, and it's ultimately up to you to decide what you would personally like. If you would like to play new Nintendo games and enjoy them primarily on the go, than the Switch Lite is for you.

Purchase this for my son as a gift for him finishing he 2nd grade. Everyhing was fine at 1st. Then it just stopped charging out of nowhere. I tried different chargers and it still wouldn't power on

this was an amazing product, and arrived the same day for free. So awesome!

This unit was defective. There were lines in the screen. There was an error code from March 2020. Frustrating when it was a Christmas present. We exchanged for another one a week later.

Left joystick was dead on arrival. I couldn’t return to Best Buy because the stores are closed for returns and couldn’t send back because of not having a printer to print label. So yay I’m out $210.

I brought the game for my 5 year old granddaughter that is very smart and intelligent. I knew that she would take care of it. She has other expenses items as well that let me knew she would take of her switch as well. She love it and on Christmas Eve when she opened it she were so happy!!! I recommend Nintendo switch!!!

Love the color. Works great and easy to use. My only issues is that the charger was faulty. I have to charge the device using a cell phone charger.

It was a gift i just found out last month that it doesn't work i called about warranty and found out it didn't have one so my grandson is without one
