The switch is not working properly. Very upset. My boy only was able to play on it for a month because the switch started having errors. So now he cannot use it.

I can’t review because I paid for next day delivery and haven’t received my full order so now I have to wait till Monday witch is 4 days from the day I placed the order what a joke

Waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and it was defective-- couldn't get the console set up. Returning.

I never got my switch, something about a weird address and it needing to be returned to sender. Its been almost a month since i bought it and i still havent gotten to use it.

what ever company that they used, they stole the item out of the box that was delivered to my job

I received this as a birthday present from my family because the one I had before didn't work on the TV anymore when I brought it to GameStop for a check on value. I wasn't playing on my old one as much because I had a very bad habit of smoking. I lost interest then decided to sell the old one. So, fast forward to the present; I received this last Friday. I wasn't sure I'd like it because it couldn't connect to the TV, but then I realized it's too much trouble to deal with all those extra accessories. Within the next few days I have been playing this nonstop as a substitute to smoking. I was trying to quit. I grew to love the downloadable content more than the physical thing because it will be all on my account should I ever need a new console and I won't have to worry about losing anything. It works just like the OLED version and has all the games. Only difference is that this one isn't as bulky and you'd be saving money. I also saw Samsung 512gb micro SD card was on sale for 45% off on amazon. This made my switch even better! If anyone here is having trouble quitting smoking this is your solution!! So happy!

It was fine for a month and after that the battery was not wanting to charge. It would charge fully in 1 minute then die after.

After a couple of months, this device got the black screen that costs as much as a new one to fix. Terrible.

The life on this little game is awful. They don’t last longer than a year. Definitely, get the protection plan.

Stop working 2 weeks in. Sending it back for a refund. Have no idea why it stopped, but at this point, it wont even charge. For $200 I expected better.

I only give it 1 star because there is not option for ZERO stars. When I first got it, IT HAD JOYCON DRIFT! pretty lame I had to return it.

Nitro switch stop working and I need to bring it back and when I go there they can't find my appointment and I very upset with best buy.
