    The Switch lite is really solidly built and it allows the kids to play together (we have 3 of them) without fighting over the regular switch. I also don't have to worry about them breaking or losing joy cons since they don't detach.

    The Switch lite offers a lot but to someone who would indeed like to play on the TV or have certain games that are designed to be played on the TV, you will certainly miss out. The screen size of the Switch lite is small and is hard to hold for someone with larger hands, since there is no detachable joycons you'll have to either buy a pro controller or a set of joycons to share or play without holding the whole thing. If you can buy the normal Switch, I would say to do so but if all you care about is a handheld experience then this should suffice.

    My boyfriend loves the switch lite!! He is not interested in playing on the tv. He prefers playing portable because he can bring the system to work with him & play during his breaks. I’m so glad I bought it for him :).
