    My daughters previous Switch joystick snapped off. This was a replacement after I tried and failed to fix her original. The game works, not great, she says there's a lag at times between joystick and on screen. There were also problems trying to migrate her game scores from original to new machine. For the money, not too impressed.

    Your team states you got purchase a new insurance. Because it was replaced. You all should tell us that at time of sending it off for repair a month later I go to the store to see what’s up because I quit getting updated. Next thing I know they replace it and tell me buy more insurance!!

    The actual device isn’t bad, but Best Buy shipping is horrendous. It took 4 weeks to get here after the misleading “3-5 business days”. Now I ordered an Apple Watch band last week and it’s the same thing. I also stopped playing the switch one week after I received it bc all the hype had died down by the time I got it.
