The product was great but it came pretty packaged just the box inside another box

Fun family friendly, not as expensive as most gaming systems

I picked this up in store mostly because I've been waiting for a Switch restock, either the regular one or the lite, and I decided on the Lite because of the color. The color's a little more purple than anything, on the box it shows like a navy, dark blue, but in person I noticed it to be a little purple, even though it's still a nice color, it's not exactly blue. If you're on the fence about getting a Switch or undecided on which to get, if you already have a console (PS4/5, Xbox One/SX) I would say that you would be good with a Switch Lite, unless you'd really want to experience games like SM: Odyssey, Breath of the Wild on a bigger screen. However, if you don't have a console at home, I would say go for the regular Switch, that way playing with more people is more effective, and playing games like Fortnite or Mortal Kombat would look better on a bigger screen with the added portability. I personally don't really care about docking the Switch, many of my friends who own a regular Switch don't dock it very often, and it's ultimately up to you to decide what you would personally like. If you would like to play new Nintendo games and enjoy them primarily on the go, than the Switch Lite is for you.

Not a big fan of the Nintendo switch lite. Because of the fact that you cannot dock the system and the screen is smaller. Would rather purchase the original Nintendo switch system and pay the extra hundred dollars for the extra feature.

I wanted to like Nintendo's latest handheld, but ultimately their laziness, interface and poor battery life just left me feeling disappointed. On the plus side, the entire unit feels solid and sturdy and feels much higher quality then the standard switch, with none of the fragile creaky feeling because of the removable controllers. The negative is that they intentionally designed it so it won't work in the dock and the User Interface is a disaster. Besides the straight-forward user profile setup, almost every other useful feature is haphazardly implemented and buried in the menus somewhere that make little to no sense. For a portable gaming system, the battery life is a huge disappointment and you are forced to use their bulky branded chargers. While fun to play, the final impression is disappointment. A gaming industry veteran, Nintendo should know better and have done better.

The game freezes on YouTube, and the games are so expensive, they make you buy every single thing. I bought the family package thinking if I bought a game all my kids would be able to play it that wasn’t the case. I bout 3 of these games, if I knew it Was going to be like this, I would have left them.
