I bought this device for my son on his 7th birthday and it stopped working after 2 weeks. Will be returning. I’m not sure if this is a common problem or just a defected device. Very disappointing.

The Nintendo switch lite started glitching eight months after purchasing it. I have a screen protector and case on it. I purchased a two year protection plan on the Nintendo switch lite and was informed by Best Buy that I couldn’t get a refund. I need to make an appointment with Geek Squad. What a disappointment!!!

Way easier to use than the full size switch. Reminds me of the days I'd use a Gameboy color, but obviously much much better. The battery life is great and it fits in my pockets.

It worked for exactly one year and now it won't charge.

Purchased for road trip to keep children entertained but, I play on it more than they do. Wide range of genre of games. Love the ability to play games with other players. Games can be played with a cartridge or downloaded from the Nintendo. Long battery life. Able to be played while charging.

Love the blue Nintendo switch lite!! Perfecr for someone who just wants a hand held version :)

Eh, don’t think it’s worth it, iPhone does it all. Bad purchase

Love what Nintendo did here. The original Switch always felt a little big to me. This one is lightweight and very comfortable. Perfect if you don't plan on using the dock and putting it on the TV like the original. $199 feels just right. Pair this with the Geek Squad protection if you are clumsy like me.

Unacceptable! The location I bought this didn't tell me it was used and dirty! I bought it online as a new product before Christmas! When my son opened it on Christmas day, it was used and dirty with someones profile still on there! Why would they put a used item and mark it as new!!!!

I haven’t receive my order as yet, it’s almost a month since I ordered.

Screen resolution wasnt all that great kind of reminded me of a 3ds

It won’t turn on and says it’s fully charged but when you take it off the charger it says it’s dead. So upset!! We bought two and they are both messing up but now one doesn’t even work. Had less than 2 months

I love it! It’s in one of my favorite colors, works excellent and worth the price!

Great for on the go gaming! Had it quite a few years now and its taken a good beating or two travelling/camping/etc. with kids, yet still fully functional and looks great. We've actually since purchaced a second one and use them more than our stand-up switch model.

I bought this switch on June 4th and it no longer works.. not even a month with it and it doesn't charge, I called customer services but I unfortunately missed the 15 days to return or exchange by 6 days.. now I'm stuck having to find someone to fix it

I’ve never had an issue with Nintendo before so I threw away the package right away. My mistake. Less than one month into ownership and it won’t turn on. I will have to send it to Nintendo for repair which is currently not available due to the pandemic.
