I like that it was delivered ahead of the expected delivery date. Everything came ahead of time and packaged perfectly. I also received an email and text updates so I was able to keep track of my order. I especially like how you can set parental controls on the switch lite. I can monitor the games that he is playing, downloading, and even the duration that he's on it. This is a great product!
