Awesome Portable Device

We bought it as a second Switch for our home so that the “little brother” could join in on games. It has been a great purchase. Only downside is nor being able to connect it to the TV, but we bought it knowing that and bought it for its portability.

About 2 months after the thumbstick broke or became loose. I unintentionally forgot to purchase insurance for it and had to communicate with the Nintendo service department for assistance. They sent the mailing instructions and I mailed it and they returned it fixed. Free of charge! Excellent customer service.

Great video game system

I was very happy with the system overall. It was light wait and easy to control. If you are able to get one, I recommend you get the Lite if you don't mind not playing your games on your TV.
