Disappointed in beat buy

However i also ordered a game (Animal Crossings). I ordered both on the same day and purchased 14$ of shipping to ensure it came on time. The switch came on time but her game came 4 days later. I don’t understand why they weren’t shipped at the same time. Also this was the ONLY game we had purchased and planned on purchasing due to spending 300$ on game, console, and case. I ended up returning the game once it finally arrived and thankfully was able to purchase (and could afford to without making return) via the Switch. It’s been along time since I had purchased anything from beat buy and this experience didn’t make me anxious to use them anytime soon again
