Yes the screen is smaller and you can’t connect it to a television but I love the portability and battery life.. ONE HUGE drawback is that you CAN NOT play games you purchased on the Switch Store without Internet connection.. zip. nada. You will have to connect to your mobile hotspot to even start a game if you are out and about.. THIS RUINED THE PORTABILITY FEATURE OF THE SWITCH LITE. Why not have the option of allowing one time authentication for all your games and expire in 2-3 days before checking again like what Netflix or Spotify do for videos and audio?!

One of the most versatile gaming systems on the market. After the 3DS died and stopped being made, there was some apprehension in buying another Nintendo product. However, the switch lite is well made, decent quality screen. Volume is lacking. The real benefit is that you can play all switch games on the market and there are a lot to choose from. As a parent, Nintendo hit it out of the park with their parental controls. I love being able to limit the number of hours played daily as well as when the switch stops working at night. The ability to also control the games and limit based on the rating is also a great feature. I get texts if the kids try and circumvent the password (Not Possible). I wish all electronics had these awesome features and a built-in app. Kids are not as happy being controlled, but I could not be happier having the control.

I was expecting a massive delay on this product and wasnt sure if the quality would be less than that of the original switch. (bought as a present, crossed my fingers it would be comparable) The console plays perfectly and the product arrived 2 weeks early. No issues whatsoever.

It’s smaller than the regular switch and lighter but packed with the same fun and amazingness as the original. I love how I can take it with me anywhere and play whenever and wherever I want. I totally recommend it as an addition to the regular switch or instead of the regular switch ;)

i have the original switch this is imo more portable don't need to be worrying about losing a control or else i like the small size and compact it is..
