Great for younger ones

I was worried that he wouldnt like the non joycon version.. but its probably the best decision i've made in a while. He loves it, and i love the fact the controllers disconnecting isnt ever gonna be an issue. Bought a SD card for storage, performance wise i see no difference.

Fun!

Battery life is longer and smaller size makes it nice for taking it places. Main drawback is that you can't doc it for TV use but we don't do that too often with the original so no big deal.

Great handheld that plays console games

Bought it to play games such as pokemon snap, pokemon shield, and neo the world ends with you. Graphics are great and games are fun. Wish the battery life was a little better but i mostly play it at home so thats not much of a problem

A little late to the Switch game

I bought it because I knew I would only be playing in handheld mode and it is the perfect companion when I am on the go. Strongly encourage purchasing one of you want a gaming system while traveling or commuting!
