This is a great game system. Battery to the controllers last a long time. Its portable which is great. I've had no issue with this system.

My kids love it! Love the color scheme of the Animal Crossing Edition. Nintendo Switch is not only my favorite console but also my favorite handheld system!

Overall satisfied with the purchase. However I believe the value takes a hit and I feel the price point is still a bit high considering the console was launched in 2017 and the OLED model is out now. Also the cost of most games are still $59.99. This was purchased for an 8 year old and 5 year old to share and they are able to navage and use the console pretty much without issue. However, of the 4 games that we have purchased for the console 3 of them require quite a bit of reading to be able to play the game. (Animal Crossing for example is hard for the 5 year old to fully enjoy without someone's help to read the storyline and tutorials). I know there are suggested age ratings for the console and games but just something to consider. One frustration I have with the console is that many of the games are listed a 2 player but are VERY limited on co-op capability with just one console and one copy of the game. Even with an additional $60 controller purchased. Ideally, it seems like each kid would need a console and separate copy of games they want to play together. The total cost really starts to add up.

It's a more colorful Switch. At the same retail price, it's really a matter of whether the color scheme and design on the back of the Switch are appealing to you or not. It is the updated version - battery life in handheld mode is significantly better than my older switch. My first one had a screen defect, but returned it without hassle and the second one is perfect.

My daughter loves the look and print of her animal crossing Nintendo Switch. She plays with it daily and watches you tube on it when we're on the go.

My kid is special needs, had to replace his old switch. So finding this was perfect! Love that i could just pick it up from the store.

I bought the Nintendo switch for my 6 year old for nephew being a good kid and helping other children feel comfortable on their first day of school. He loves it.

Pretty cool gaming system can’t lie. I have wanted this system since day one and now that I have it I’m pretty ecstatic about how my expectations were truly met here. Between being able to dock the system at home to taking it on the go wherever you go is truly so amazing! If you have the money and have been wanting something like this for awhile I say go out and get yourself or your child a switch. Make those memories you’ve wanted in your life with friends, family, or your children. This device will truly bring your loved ones closer together!

Already owned a switch before this but just had to get this special one since it’s so pretty. Really love the color schemes and the dock is super cute too.

The nintendo switch itself is very amazing, it surely has comfort while using it. The little drawings regarding Animal Crossing are so cute, totally worth it!

The color in this console looks better in person than in pictures. The switch is an awesome product and it looks even better with the animal crossing theme.

I originally owned the regular Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite. I loved and had the older Switch for almost two years, but I had to give it to my cousin for Animal Crossing months before the ACNH update. I got the lite as a replacement, but I was not satisfied not having the dock or having joycon replacements if the lite's controller drifted. I love how cute this one is. It's also great to have a bigger screen and possibly mix and match joycons again.

This console is so much fun! Love the versatility of being able to play handheld or putting it on the dock for TV play.

The switch console supply is scarce now and I preordered this right before the pandemic hit. I'm really glad I did that because there are so many functions that I would not be able to enjoy if I could only get ahold of the switch lite. I recommend console because you can plug in the switch pro controller on it and dock it for better graphics and this special edition switch is the one with the best design imo. I bought this to play the acnh launch and it is very aesthetically pleasing to see the animal crossing characters on the front of the dock.
