doubled battery life, adorable colors and an amazing back-pattern

I like it so much because I can play with another switch owner. I like how the joy-cons switch off and switch on. I also like how you can take it anywhere and still play with it without using wires. I also like how the switch has a special edition of side straps so that the joy-cons can never be thrown from your hands.

I love this version of the Switch. There is literally no difference between this version and the original outside of the aesthetics, but that is enough. The battery life is sufficient for hours of play and the weight is not unbearable, when considering long gameplay. If you can get your hands on one, you will not be disappointed.

This is EASILY the best special edition Switch console they've come up with. Joy cons are two-tone, dock is ALL off-white, back plate of the console itself has a really cool design, and the straps are kinda braided and have a unique design. I am very very happy I was able to get this edition because, and can't say enough good things about the Switch.

I knew that Nintendo would be releasing SOMEthing AC themed in celebration of the new AC game and I couldn’t be more pleased! Absolutely adorable! Just like the regular switch except cuter!!! I have many friends who are hoping they’ll release more of this themed console, I hope they do too so anyone who missed out the first time can get one as well!

Love, love, love! I bought this for my 19 year old sister for Christmas so we could play animal crossing together. When she was opening the gift her expression shifted from curiosity to excitement and thrill within seconds! We were easily anole to set the system up to her tv and begin playing! Now we can be besties online too!

Awesome base skin and great color for unique joycons!

Perfect size to take with you if you’re out on vacation or in the waiting room. Has a nice selection of games, and it’s perfect to stream movies on. Has a few free and low priced games if you’re not wanting to spend a bunch of money. And a few large titles that are cross platform are available. The dock and equipment make charging/storing easy, and having the ability to turn the joycons into a controller is awesome! But if you’re used to an Xbox or PlayStation controller then it may take some time getting used to. But most games are expensive (which I knew beforehand) and load times can be slow, even with plenty of storage space. Even just browsing through the store there is a bit of lag.

My girlfriend was obsessed with Animal Crossing from the moment she got me a switch and got herself a copy of the game. Getting this for her was the best thing I have done. She loves the design and the colors, plus I got my switch back! Definitely the perfect gift for the animal crossing fanatic in your life.

Our daughter wanted a switch lite but we opted for ability to connect to tv and use pro contollers. This is the 2nd switch in our house, great nintendo entertainment. The color change over standard Black with red and blue joycons is refreshing. Joycons are more reactive but that may be that our original is 2 years old now.

Great color scheme for this Animal Crossing edition. Doesn’t include the game, but that’s really a good thing, because you can buy your choice of physical or digital. It’s the updated Switch that runs way cooler and has so much more battery life. Looks great, runs great, and doesn’t cost extra over a plain old everyday Switch. What’s not to like.

I enjoy the Switch very much. So many great games and the ability to play as a console or handheld is fantastic. Highly recommend this product! This version is cute and I love the pastel colors. Please note that this DOES NOT COME WITH ANIMAL CROSSING INSTALLED. THE GAME IS SEPARATE! (The game is great too ;)

I was thrilled to get in on the pre-orders for this console before they sold out. Everything about this console is gorgeous: the console itself with the subtle markings on the back; the blue and green joy cons with a creamy off-white color on the back; And the dock, with the off white coloring and iconography with Tom, Timmy, and Tommy Nook.

Been playing Nintendo consoles since the NES came out, and this is their biggest leap over their previous system since the N64 came out. Lots of fun games too for the Switch, Breath of the Wild being my favorite so far. I don't use the portability feature, but my kids love that part!

While I would recommend any Switch, this has set the standard for any special edition. While the dock and Joycons are the most notable for the unique designs, the detailing on the back of the Switch itself is beyond what I anticipated it. This is truly a fantastic console and a new standard for special edition Switches.
