The stand only works with nintendo cable so if you lose it or it breaks a usbc cable wont work

10/16/2020- I adore this game series, since its original on the gamecube. I was thrilled to finally get this and play the latest installment. Unfortunately, that was short lived. Woke up on my birthday to an error code from my docked switch, and after resetting, it would not boot past the nintendo switch logo. I reset it multiple times and drained the battery, but nothing worked. It's currently en route to a nintendo repair center. I have read about this happening to other people online. I had my switch for just over a week before it spontaneously broke. I was always careful with it and it never fell or was spilt on. From what I have seen, this was one of the first waves of long lasting restock since the pandemic began. And apparently, the repair center is experiencing a higher volume of repairs on top of pandemic related issues. I now think I probably just should've returned it to best buy instead of repairing it. I would have lost my data, but there is a chance I already have. TLDR - in Animal Crossing New Horizons, back up your island data in game and record your switch serial number somewhere. Be wary of new systems fall 2020 and keep everything you need for the warranty or sending a system back.

I was sent a broken switch. It's not really best buys fault so can't be mad at them. They were really good about the return too.

Product is a Nintendo product. It cannot be compared to other game systems. I am disappointed in the game selections personally.

Right controller is not locking to the screen. Other than that, everything is great

Was disappointed that the Animal Crossing Game was not included

Great console, but if it’s advertising Animal Crossing, it should also come with the game. Disappointed my son immensely.

Decent product has fun entertaining nostalgic games. Not the biggest fan of the company though… (#freemelee)

I strongly feel switch is nothing as compare to Xbox or play station. Hardly any options of game except Mario.

The kids love the switch, but my wife and I are disappointed that the special edition didn't include the game. Shame on us for not reading the fine print, but historically, when a gaming system has a game featured special edition, the game was included. The amount of money required after the purchase to get accessories, memberships, and other add-ons is rediculous.

Not worth the price. Especially, without a game. Further, lack of memory makes it even more expensive.

It was okay. The joy cons were slighly bent towards a side, and the screen was below average.

Its was purchased for my husband. He seems to enjoy the system.
