Controllers stopped working after less than one month of use.

I was upset to know that game doesn't come with this edition.

that is only the look but no game in there wasnt good

MISLEADING! NO GAME INCLUDED AND NO AC ADAPTER TO PLUG IN THE WALL!!! I kid you not there is no AC plug included in this bundle it’s a false advertisement. The AC plug comes with all other bundles except this one it does not. They don’t even say anything on the box that it doesn’t come with AC plug. It’s bad enough they mislead you in thinking it comes with the game. I thought I was just unlucky and it was a mistake but on the what’s included webpage on bestbuy it does not list the AC adapter which is RIDICULOUS! On Best Buy they don’t include the plug but on other stores you get the plug included on this bundle like Gamestop and Amazon includes the plug!

Product is fine. Transfer tool is very poor. Also, had a SIM card in our switch lite with tons of data and pics. Forced to delete data prior to using in switch. Not sure if developers ever use these products. Doesn’t appear so.

Why is the getting started with a digital game so hard? Can’t enter download code via phone which could mean copy paste. Entering the code manually is such a pain. Then when you login to eshop and download the game, it doesn’t show on the hole screen. Now if you wish to check the download you have to login again. And again password can’t be entered via phone - which means enter it manually again. In this screen - it says download started, but there is no progress bar or anything. Kids are getting frustrated on how to play the game. Someone at Nintendo needs to test as a parent. Will update the review if kids are able to play the game at all.

We bought this during Black Friday and obviously it was a Christmas gift for my child. We waited all year to find one available and finally we have it. Only thing is the the actual switch when connected to the dock it doesn’t charge. We plugged different hdmi cords and switched TVs and it worked for the first 30 mins afterwards we left it charging overnight and now it doesn’t turn on. The switch doesn’t charge alone with the cord or on the dock. What a horrible experience getting a brand new Nintendo switch! I will try to exchange it for it’s defectiveness but we will see the outcome or if we even get a new one.

I was under the impression that the animal crossing edition came with the animal crossing game. Also kind of regret impulse buying a switch because games cost a lot for it

Had to return after 2 days. Console stopped charging. Was also disappointed that we spend $300 on a game system and they can't even include 1 game.

We have had this for kess then 6 month and it will not dock to our tv any more. I paid 300 dollars for something that she can basically use as a hand held game. Not impressed at all

This was a glitchy product. I gave it too many chances and now it is too late to return it. I am going to smash it in my garage.

Ordered this and received an EMPTY box at my door. Box was perfectly sealed but absolutely nothing inside it. Seems like someone is stealing items for themselves but shipping the boxes like normal. Got no explanation or apology and they couldn't send a new one. Better off going through Amazon or Walmart.

I never fot my things the day i was supposed to. I had asked for that day off just so i can be there to get my package and did not even come that day

Feels cheaply made.. this is our 2nd switch as our first ac edition switch stopped working randomly.

Bestbuy shipped me the nintendo switch product box wrapped in saran wrap. Extremely disappointed. Bestbuy should take clues from literally any other retailer and double box/package correctly, i have never seen such poor packaging from any retailer. everything i order from bb comes shipped in bags.

If you want the animal crossing switch, I promise you that ordering the switch online will not save you time. Best buy will do nothing to get it to you on time, they do it on they're own time, no matter how you try to contact them, terrible service with this item on best buy's part. All the people on the Care Agent chat were lying about arrival dates, lying about pickup location switches, terrible job on best buy's part.

I would give zero starts. Package came in a box with no packaging to protect the product. Therefore the box of the console came damaged. Sure is a lot of money to pay to not even get some bubble wrap. Yet another order from Best Buy which showed no care. First I order a tv, get a vacuum in the mail. Then buy a switch, also an expensive product, just to come in a box with no protection so the product can move all around.

Arrived with broken Joycons and busted grip becareful ordering this bundle

The HDMI Port in the Dock Came Broken and it was supposed to be New. It’s been broken since the day I bought it but I never complained I just wiggled it into place, I would still have screen tearing effects but it didn’t bother me. But now it’s out of control I have to basically break my thumb to get it into place.
