The dock charger broke for some reason. The dock charger expensive without the nintedo set

For me was my best purchased from back then! It was so beautiful and so nice on my hands, it was so fun to use it

No game with the bundle. At least with the Mario bundle the Mario kart comes with it

I returned this item because we were not a fan of the look of this game system.

Stopped charging this week. No longer turns on. Ordered replacement nintendo charger to see if that was the issue and still nothing. This is the most expensive cheap product. Get the original. This is junk. Same price no, no game included for it to break within 3 weeks.

I just bought this item for my daughter’s birthday and it’s like 40 days out and it’s not working. Really upset, that I seen on this app that I cannot return to the store. This is just not right.

Was great.. Was until it stopped turning on a week after the return date ended. Played it for about an hour, turned it off and put it on the charger. Tried to turn play a few hours later and it won't turn on.

Why would you mail a video game system in plastic wrap. My box came in destroyed dents all over the original box and I bought it as a collectible. I will be sure to never order anything from Best Buy again.

Dead on arrival error code on screen. Amazing that they make a game console with animal crossing decal but they can’t be bothered to include the game? Nintendo so cheap.

Bought it for my daughter. She was very disappointed it did not come with the Animal crossing game. Why would you advertise as Animal Crossing edition and not include the game.

Game NOT included. did not see the 'fine' print. Have to spend another $60 for the game. Seems to me the game special edition implies the game is included, not just different color.

Could swear when i bought this in November it came with the game digitally. Overseas and was a gift for my niece stateside so a little annoyed that the holiday console page is gone

It doesn't work. The screen will not come on. It's been charging for 24 hours and nothing. We have to return it today. Hopefully we just got a dud.

My brother got his to pick up in store. No problem. My preorder was supposed to get shipped to my home. Never showed up. Really disappointed in a no guarantee you will get it, preorder.

It dose not include the game. It is console only. No game. This should have been a lot more clear in the packaging and description.

The packaging for the Nintendo Switch is great. Everything is organized neatly and the device itself feels comfortable, and easy to use. My only complaint is the joycons feel very delicate, and I suggest buying a pro controller.
