I have returned and exchanged several of these. Ive even gone to multiple different Best Buy’s near me and its almost all the same…I dont know what happened with this batch that was shipped, but every single one of them that I purchased had very poor screen alignment. Some were installed crooked or way off center. I know Switch screens sometimes do not have perfect alignment…but this is absolutely horrible. It drives my OCD crazy! Its like starring at a crooked or uneven picture on the wall. Also in a well lit room you can see a huge black bar on one side of the screen, where it is unaligned. I think Nintendo seriously needs fix this issue!

It was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He has not stopped playing with it!

meh. for a kid and price this version is good. you just have to be preparedv to nut a whole new switch if the controller sticks breaks down because they're not removable.

I was pretty shocked at the visual of opening the door to see that the box I was sent wasn't even taped but in fact just folded into itself as if one had no tape (if that makes sense to anyone who's been in that situation. The box was hidden and I had checked the front door fairly quickly from the email stating my package had been dropped off. I'd like to think that I live in a decent neighborhood and pairing that with where the box got dropped off, it's not a good look and another reason to not shop here. No wonder Best Buy looks to be the next retailer to go out of business. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Preordered it and picked up at store. Back of box was creased all the way across from something crushing it. I had already opened the seal when I noticed. Sad.

Not good loading very very slow and error in the loading

Bad experience. Got this in the mail with no packaging. The box was ruined and almost hurt the actual product. I like to display the boxes of these in my game room so this was a deal breaker for me. Add some padding to your boxes when you ship items. Especially 300 dollar ones.

I love the Switch (I have almost all of them) and I love Zelda but this edition is really simple and disappointing, lack of creativity. I was going to keep it in the box and maybe grade it, but Best Buy decided to play football with it and send me a beat up box. I ended up returning it.

This review is for Best Buy and not the system. Pre-ordered when it first went on sale. Seems to have been shipped ground from across the country and is supposed to arrive Oct 1. Why are pre-orders coming a week after release? Also pre-ordered one from Japan with free shipping and it will arrive before this one.

Barely 2 weeks with console and it just gave me a black screen and when I finally set it to reset after being frozen it won't turn on anymore.
