I good for the price I paid I definitely think it she be a bigger bundle

The only part i did not like was that the nintendo quit working. But, we took it to best buy and they replaced it. The warrenty is well worth the few extra dollars.

You will never receive your items, Best Buy outsources customer care to India, which is absolutely terrible and they send your items via DoorDash who iutsiurces to rhe Phillipines. Your irems will never arrive after you have spent 500-600 bucks on something you will have to call back and have items cancelled, then they will tell you from Bangladesh or Pakistan or India, “Oh you will have to receive a confirmation of cancellation for 2-3 business while your refund takes 7-10 business to process. Like this was literally the worse online shopoing experience of MY LIFE, and I have ordered from WISH, TEMU, Alibaba, and a ton of other Chinese owned site and Best Buy in the US is by FAR THE WORST! Why not have people who soeak fluent English who live right here in America work remotely and do customer service for you? Why do I have to speak to Rakesh, barely able to amke out and understand what is being said, while he repeats the same thing to me 20 times because his Indian Internet is running a little slow and he barely speaks proper English? Honestly, as a multimillion dollar corporation, do you think it’s appropriate to take hundreds of thousands of dollars from hard working Americans, and have them fight EXTREME LANGUAGE BARRIERS to get their money back or simply find out what the delay is with their $500-$600 items??? Unbelievable! Best Buy should’ve shut down with Media Play if this is where we were going to end up!

The product was defective and Best Buy has been doing everything in their power to deny me a refund. I have been round and round with customer service. First they sent UPS to the wrong address to pick up the product. Once the item was returned, it has continued to sit at the return location in Kentucky for over a week. I was told that it needed returned by the 14th and I didn't even get the label until the 13th. The only communication has been from me reaching out to Best Buy. I was even promised a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. So far, Best Buy has the defective item and my purchase price. I don't even have the gift card.

Best Buy sold my merchandise to someone else instead of sending it to me and now I have no Switch and no refund. They keep promising me I’ll get my purchase when they get new stock. But as of today I’m still waiting on the package to be shipped before they sell out of their new stock.

I haven't even had it for 20 days and the controls download quickly and the red one doesn't work correctly.

I did not receive the item and Bestbuy refuses to process my refund. I even proceeded to reordering the item for pickup just so that I could get it on time for Christmas. The FedEx delivery has 0 evidence, yet still bestbuy claims that their investigation shows that I got the item. DO NOT SUPPORT BESTBUY!

Only one controller will work for the game inplay the most so cant play it because its the wrong side. Not what i expected so om trying to get rid of it.

It’s not just like the other switch, they don’t tell you it has to have a SD card to play anything. It also doesn’t fit on the other Docs that are supposedly the same size

i mainly got it because it came with the mario cart game but the code is not working or there’s no game

Nintendo switch 2 is coming out so this is a waste of time for the price

Mario Kart 8 with the Nintendo Switch is a great buy! Lots of fun and easy to set up. Recommend buying more storage though.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew and he loves it! Easy to understand and the Mario Kart was a nice addition to this purchase.
