    Best Buy sold my merchandise to someone else instead of sending it to me and now I have no Switch and no refund. They keep promising me I’ll get my purchase when they get new stock. But as of today I’m still waiting on the package to be shipped before they sell out of their new stock.

    One quick spill ruined the switch a month after my grandson got it for Christmas. His sister spilled water on the screen abd it was promptly wiped up but it was cooked. Nintendo would not support it.

    I haven't even had it for 20 days and the controls download quickly and the red one doesn't work correctly.

    System didn’t last a year with minimal usage. I brought it for my 7 year old and he played it on the weekend only. System fried with in 4 months.

    Only one controller will work for the game inplay the most so cant play it because its the wrong side. Not what i expected so om trying to get rid of it.

    It’s not just like the other switch, they don’t tell you it has to have a SD card to play anything. It also doesn’t fit on the other Docs that are supposedly the same size
