    It has been less than a year and the switch wont power up or take charge. I did not add insurance to it so have to stand the loss. I refuse to buy another.

    The only part i did not like was that the nintendo quit working. But, we took it to best buy and they replaced it. The warrenty is well worth the few extra dollars.

    I did not receive the item and Bestbuy refuses to process my refund. I even proceeded to reordering the item for pickup just so that I could get it on time for Christmas. The FedEx delivery has 0 evidence, yet still bestbuy claims that their investigation shows that I got the item. DO NOT SUPPORT BESTBUY!
