Disappointed—no Mario Kart download

I carefully opened it, looking for the card that would give me the code for the bonus game. After carefully inspecting the entire box and packing material, no card of any kind was included. I will contact Best Buy, but I dread going through the hassle.

Nintendo sucks

Can only create one world per switch, so they couldn't both play independently. After you purchase a game, it needs to be possible to have more than one world going at a time. If i buy Microsoft Word, will they tell me i can only work on one document? Restricting this to one is not right. If nintendo doesn't fix this, ill not buy from them again

Haven't played it in about 2 weeks and now it won't turn on. Of course contacting someone at best buy is next to impossible. I don't know why I even shop with this company anymore.
