Before giving it as a gift to them me and my husband opened both to make sure it good to go. Yes it was really good purchased causw right now me and my husband are using it on our spare time. Fantastic way to connect with my son

After having watched my son, though, he's used many of them. Broadcasting the screen has been particularly helpful as it allows me to monitor him. The parent controls app is reasonably intuitive as well. Overall, I'd recommend this product.
