Never got back my $10 Reward Certificate after it was returned as told by returns department within store. I returned it unopened because I thought it was the Switch 2 which was purchased in store that day after this return.

I have purchased my boys each one. However, I also purchased the code for family membership from the store to get online access for them as a family. Well even if you purchase from the store a code, Nintendo still requires you to put in a credit card or you can not redeem the family membership. Not a good option for people that don't like to put thier credit card information online. According to Nintendo they can't do anything to resolve the issue. So now I have a family membership that is paid for but cannot be redeem. I will not be purchaseing anymore Nintendo systems.

After purchasing service protection for my product and trying to get a replacement part Bestbuy sent the wrong part to my switch and refuse to correct the error.

Everything was fine until i started trying to srt it up. I was able to review q&a’s which is how i figure out how to downlaod the Mario but i could get online. Im looking in the box theres no card. Anyone have this issue and what solutuon is it, my daughter really wants to play online.

No good! My grandson was terrible dissatisfaction. This was something he wanted and worked Diligently on his grades so he can have it as a Christmas gift. Big disappointment! Didn't work. Had to return it. Maybe a manufacturer defect.

I have not been able to download Mario kart game, did not receive a code

To hard for kids not easy for them to use and besides that it’s 500$ the games are expensive and they should at least put like 5-10 free games for the price

This console is so great for people of all ages! We love playing the Mario games with the kids and the kids love being able to bring this along on road trips. My daughter loves taking this into my sons room and playing minecraft with him while he plays on his Xbox

When I decided to have my first "Nintendo Christmas" for my kids, I didn't realize the white model Switch OLED was the most popular one. I was happy to find that Best Buy had it in stock, it shipped and arrived quickly. It was a huge hit with my kids. The console itself is a lot nicer than I was expecting. With 64gb of internal storage there was plenty of room to install the included game and some extras. The bundled subscription was a great bonus. It works great on my 4K TV even if the output resolution isn't quite the best--definitely more fun and enjoyable than our old Wii U. Great that you can use the joycons as standalone controllers just to get started, definitely would recommend buying an 8bitdo controller or the official Switch Pro controller.

Great product, I used to play nintendo since and I was kid and I so happy that my daughter have the opportunity to play too. Mario kart is so much fun!

I wanted to purchase a Nintendo Switch OLEd for my daughter. I go into the store because the app says go into the store to purchase. When I get to the store ots hard to find an employee to help me, and when I do find one. She tells me to go on the app. First of all Im in your store because of your app telling me thats how to purchase. Just do your job and check your inventory. Its not my job, I don’t work in your store that is your job so just do it. This is why I prefer to shop online except when online is not an option like this item. Best Buy do better. This was not the Best Buy.

The box looked open already and the joy cons were very stiff to alide into switch and hard to take off. The back stand will bend open in middle before coming up. This is definitely a defective product or sabotaged one.
