Not sure how this is getting such high ratings I had watched for about 2 months for a sale and got it on a Black Friday deal yesterday and this thing is a total piece of crap. The graphics are so bad it's not even something that seems like it should have been made in the last 15 years.. I had no idea this is really not to be played on a big screen 4K TV until I got home with it. The lines are so blurry the three games I have are basically the games I have on the Wii from 15 years ago with the ability to hook up through to HDMI is about the only difference. The free Mario kart you get with the bundle isn't even the full game and the free subscription you get you can only do very little with without upgrading to the $60 your subscription. What I demo this thing I figured it was just a TV they had it on which was a cheapo that probably had been left on for the last 6 months but no it's the player is that bad when you put it on TV mode. It took almost 4 hours to download the Mario kart that came with it and two other games that weren't even anything special. Like a total of 5 gigs. I have some of the fastest internet you can get so there's no way it should have taken this long in the eStore takes forever to load just to buy the games and see what they have.. whatever reviews you've read before this they are lying this thing sucks I am most definitely taking it back even with the big sale that I got it on. How is it stayed on the market and sold anything I have no idea and by the way if you want to look good on a 4K TV you're supposed to buy an HDMI 4K upscaler for around $100 just to make it look like something made in the 2015 time frame. I am stuck with accessories I bought since I bought them piece by piece but hopefully the new switch to the supposedly coming out in March will be better than this but who knows and it only comes with one controller for a family game player?

The gaming system is great and the online membership but it did not come with the code for Mario game. So it’s misleading

Nothing to write home about. Nintendo needs to break away from the 1980’s. Games need to be more aggressive and mainstream.

Worked good for awhile, then it just stopped charging. Geek squad refused to work on it. I have 350 dollar paperweight now.

Never got back my $10 Reward Certificate after it was returned as told by returns department within store. I returned it unopened because I thought it was the Switch 2 which was purchased in store that day after this return.

I have purchased my boys each one. However, I also purchased the code for family membership from the store to get online access for them as a family. Well even if you purchase from the store a code, Nintendo still requires you to put in a credit card or you can not redeem the family membership. Not a good option for people that don't like to put thier credit card information online. According to Nintendo they can't do anything to resolve the issue. So now I have a family membership that is paid for but cannot be redeem. I will not be purchaseing anymore Nintendo systems.

After purchasing service protection for my product and trying to get a replacement part Bestbuy sent the wrong part to my switch and refuse to correct the error.

Everything was fine until i started trying to srt it up. I was able to review q&a’s which is how i figure out how to downlaod the Mario but i could get online. Im looking in the box theres no card. Anyone have this issue and what solutuon is it, my daughter really wants to play online.

No good! My grandson was terrible dissatisfaction. This was something he wanted and worked Diligently on his grades so he can have it as a Christmas gift. Big disappointment! Didn't work. Had to return it. Maybe a manufacturer defect.

To hard for kids not easy for them to use and besides that it’s 500$ the games are expensive and they should at least put like 5-10 free games for the price

This console is so great for people of all ages! We love playing the Mario games with the kids and the kids love being able to bring this along on road trips. My daughter loves taking this into my sons room and playing minecraft with him while he plays on his Xbox

When I decided to have my first "Nintendo Christmas" for my kids, I didn't realize the white model Switch OLED was the most popular one. I was happy to find that Best Buy had it in stock, it shipped and arrived quickly. It was a huge hit with my kids. The console itself is a lot nicer than I was expecting. With 64gb of internal storage there was plenty of room to install the included game and some extras. The bundled subscription was a great bonus. It works great on my 4K TV even if the output resolution isn't quite the best--definitely more fun and enjoyable than our old Wii U. Great that you can use the joycons as standalone controllers just to get started, definitely would recommend buying an 8bitdo controller or the official Switch Pro controller.

Great product, I used to play nintendo since and I was kid and I so happy that my daughter have the opportunity to play too. Mario kart is so much fun!

I wanted to purchase a Nintendo Switch OLEd for my daughter. I go into the store because the app says go into the store to purchase. When I get to the store ots hard to find an employee to help me, and when I do find one. She tells me to go on the app. First of all Im in your store because of your app telling me thats how to purchase. Just do your job and check your inventory. Its not my job, I don’t work in your store that is your job so just do it. This is why I prefer to shop online except when online is not an option like this item. Best Buy do better. This was not the Best Buy.
