It is the best version of the switch by a mile and three quaters. I cant justify getting the OLED for $350 after owning a regular switch but its worth the money.

The ONLY, and I mean the only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because: 1. It doesn't seem like the controllers hold a charge for as long as they should have 2. Putting in a game cartridge (Card) if one doesn't want to download from the store is more difficult than the old school ways of putting in a cartridge, etc. That's pretty much it. The rest is pure brilliance, although shortly outdated once the Switch 2 comes out no doubt. My kids absolutely LOVE this game system, but what I personally miss is the ease of use controller stick of the Wii as well as the seemingly faster response time with that extra controller pack that the Wii had. Wii Sports Resort was one of my most favorite games ever, and the Nintendo sports package this came with just seems to pale in comparison. However, it is still a great system with lots of games, and hours of family fun. I definitely recommend it!

Definitely worth the upgrade from the original Nintendo switch. The screen is phenomenal, battery life is fantastic. I find myself playing the switch in handheld more than I have before!

I love this model. The screen size is perfect and the battery lasts around 7 or more hours a day with constant play for me. I bought this one for my best friend so we could play games together!

Great system and satisfied with purchase. One can play on your big screen TV or take it on the go and play as a portable device.

Not a big gamer and have an old Wii so wasn't in a rush to get a Switch but after playing a game on my great niece's I decided that it could be fun to have and it has been. Easy to get started. Would like more puzzle type games however.

Bought this cause it is OLED and a little bigger screen. I do have the original Switch and side by side there is a big difference in picture and screen size. Games like Mario that are usually colorful look very gorgeous and more alive. I don't know why manufacturers like to wait to bring out this updates later in the systems life cycle when they can do it from the beginning. Oh yea money that is why, they want our hard earned money.

Looks way better than the regular switch. Even if the screen wasn’t better I’d still buy it just for the kickstand.

The Switch is great. The extra screen space on this model is nice. The graphic quality and battery life are a little better. It has a much better stand than earlier models.

I didn't know that switch 2 was coming out shortly or i would have waited, but still a neat addition to the collection

It’s a Switch but has: a bigger screen, a better screen, twice as much storage, better battery life, a much better kickstand design. All of that for only $50 more than the original? That’s a steal.

I love it. Amazing battery life and the screen looks fantastic. I love the ability to use handheld and then on the tv.

Comfortable feel. Great response when using buttons and analog stick. Great color and sound. Sound loudness is way better than the original switch. Bigger screen si awesome. Just everything is nice with this switch

Beautiful display with absolutely Buy again definitely a step up from the original Nintendo switch

My first switch and my first nintendo console in about 20 years. I heard that I could play NES games on it. I have not been disappointed. This is great! Its been Super Mario Bros. for the past two nights. All you have to do is sign up for Nintendo Switch Online ($19.99/year). They also have a 7 day free trial in case you are on the fence. I honestly did not know what to expect. The games on offer are quite decent and whether as a handheld or docked on the tv, this has been a great experience. As a handheld, I can play it with the controllers attached or separated. This is so well done! Extra kudos to Best Buy for allowing me to exchange my original purchase for the OLED model.

I had the original Nintendo switch and although this console is a minor upgrade it’s worth it. Better kick stand, screen is noticeably different, an Ethernet port and the joycons even feel different.

My son loves his switch OLED. It has a great battery life and the graphics are great. It is seamless how it switches from switch to tv when docked.
