You can tell the difference between the OLED Nintendo Switch and the Standard Switch!! If you play mostly handheld on your Switch, then this is the upgrade for you! You can tell how much more the colors pop here and how much more vibrant the games look!! Very recommended!

Worked extremely well right out of the box, the girlfriend hasn’t stopped playing since we got near Christmas time. One of the best consoles I’ve had.

This is a great upgrade if you like handheld/tabletop mode. The colors are vibrant and some games seem like they are completely new games when you play it with an OLED screen. I can’t say I can recommend it if you only use docked mode. The regular switch can do that too.

My main reason for purchasing the OLED version was the bigger screen and the ability to play on the TV. I thought it was well worth the upgrade from the Lite. It may not be worth the upgrade if you already have an original Switch.

Bought this for my niece and nephew. They love it. I love it. It looks great when playing on the small screen and i think it looks great on the big screen as well. However they nor i have ever owned a switch. I love that they can both play using the small screen. Less fighting.

This thing has been a life saver, between road trips and shopping outings(waiting for the wife lol). This keeps a long charge and I’ve had zero software problems.

So far I have no complaints about this game system, love the portability and that I am able to sneak a quick game while at work, 10/10 recommend

Genuinely love the OLED switch. I never thought it would be such an improvement from the launch model. It was worth the extra 50 bucks alllll day. Screen is crisp and clear and much brighter. Having the extra 20 gigs of storage is a plus too!

this is the best gaming system i have ever bought for my grandkids they will never put it down and when i got some time on it the graphics on the oled is awsome, great system everyone should have

Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas. He hasn’t put it down since. OLED screen didn’t disappoint even though I didn’t know what it was. It’s like the game is in my house. Girlfriend of the year award goes to me!

Nintendo Switch OLED is superior for your mobile play on the go needs!

The console is so good. Great exclusive games. Fun for family and friends gathering. But maybe you could wait for switch 2 to be released, since nintendo is focusing on their new console and not releasing many games for switch at this time.

OLED screen is a major difference vs the previous Nintendo switch model. I would only suggest to buy the older Nintendo Switch if you can buy it from the used market for $200. other than that, you are better off saving money to buy the OLED switch.

Ive always been a fan of Nintendo. This is worth every penny. Budget friendly. Great graphics. Games are super fun with friends and family even solo.

Cool video game console. OLED seems to make the graphics pop out more. Setting up was easy. I wish there were easier parental settings, but over all it is good. I do wish the color options were easier to buy, but certain colors were cheaper than other color options. Best Buy delivered it on time.

Bigger screen, more initial memory. This thing is a great upgrade all around. If you’re on the fence about picking one of these up, dont be because every aspect is superior to the orginal.

This was bought as a gift and she was thrilled to death. She reported the quality was outstanding and it does everything she expected it to in game play. Based on her response, and lengthy experience in playing Nintendo, I would highly recommend it.

Bought a switch for me and the GF to play Mario Kart and man is this thing fun. Found myself playing Pokemon for hours at a time and she always wants to play Luigis Mansion. Love the new OLED screen, and highly recommend the official Nintendo carrying case/screen protector.

Vastly better than my other switch the picture is so much more vivid and larger. Happy with my purchase. But the upgrade is mostly worth it if you play it handheld mostly which I do.

Between the revised dock, the much improved kickstand and the beautiful, larger screen I'd say there's enough reasons to upgrade from an older Switch. This unit also has a larger hard drive as well, though it's still tiny at 64GBs so you'll likely still need a large SD card.
