    My brand new Nintendo Switch out of the box lasted less than 3 weeks after purchasing to face controller issues beyond drifting. I only have a new Nintendo Switch after having had to explain why I deserved a new one after definitely not being responsible for the damage myself. I paid for insurance and it has its warranty but I still had to haggle with the truth to get a new switch. Let alone get it set up all over again which again I bought the product once signed in the least they could have done was offer complimentary data transfer. Not the case I was shown a board stating the prices just for correcting a mistake on their product they wanted to charge me 50$ for setting up my device. Which was difficult since it requested much needed time to troubleshoot and transfer data. I am indeed disappointed. If you buy ask what the insurance covers get a persons name and head back to them with issues because you will face them at home with the device or at Best Buy with someone who didn’t sell you the insurance or the device with accountability in the air even though you paid for no inconveniences because of added insurance. BECAREFUL WHAT you pay for get it in writing.

    Love it but it's silly to charge $60/year just to play online, also the system is a bit underpowered for a 2021 system. Sitting anything closer than 10ft away while I'm playing a game on my 4k tv makes it feel like I'm playing on the Gamecube again with how low the resolution is for most games.
