GM at N McAllen store refused to give me my covered replacement switch because their repair center delivered my non functional switch to an auto zone and he wanted ME to go find the store and bring him the switch before he gave me my covered replacement! 4 hrs of MY day gone

The in-store experience was good as our salesperson was attentive and friendly. However, our purchase was defective and damaged and given its high demand, we now are left without the item and little recourse. The screen has a chip and cannot be used, and we are left without the gift for our son.

Can’t review as my card was stolen and the thief purchased on line and picked it up from the store

I returned it because didn’t work, and it was a present Christmas

Ok and ok for a kid of small age and not ok for an adult

My switch will not charge in the docking station nor will it play on the tv and yet I can’t return it 5 weeks after purchase. Very disappointed

Does not charge after only a year. Do not trust Bestbuy protection plans, they will find a way to get out of it

Ever authorize this purchase, someone stole my identity and you stay in a different state I live in Texas and someone use my information in Florida

After trying out all 3 switches over the years, i definitely have to say this is more of a bang for your buck. Long battery life, beautiful graphics and display, and overall good to dock and travel with, nice work nintendo

The Nintendo Switch OLED is a great way to play. With it's vibrant, clear, and large display, playing on the go is easier and more enjoyable than ever, especially considering how long the battery lasts! The only downside can be the weight and overall size of the tablet while playing in handheld mode, but if you rest it on your lap, there isn't much to worry about. Overall, the Nintendo Switch OLED is a treat, and is definitely worth the money!

it is exactly what i wanted, the only complaint i have about the system is 64gb of storage isn't that much. i thought it would be more than enough, i only have fortnite, subnautica, mario kart, and pokemon violet and i decided to buy a micro sd card because the space was taken up considerably fast. i also take screenshots of gameplay achievements and such but yeah. other than that its really great i've been playing it ever since i got it

Screen is larger and the OLED screen is nice, sound is a little better with a better kickstand. nothing really more to note as there is no other changes from the original switch.
