Disappointed

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this supposedly brand new Switch at the end of February 2024 and it has been malfunctioning basically since the day of purchase. It has always been extremely slow, has crashed in the midst of a game multiple times, and now it doesn't charge nor turn on it at all. I've troubleshooted to no avail. This system has been played for only 3 months and only used a few times per week. I am not a die hard gamer and do not know much about about game systems, so I thought things like this were normal especially considering the original Nintendo systems and games had to be blown on to work. I am extremely disappointed in Nintendo. I spent a ton of money on this system and on a bunch games which I can't even play nor access. I have an Xbox and an old school Sega Dreamcast which work flawlessly. I would not purchase another Nintendo product.
