Joycons are always dead
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't get to play the Switch much due to having a baby but the times I do, I usually find the Joycon batteries are dead. This happens with the Switch docked in sleep mode and Joycons attached to the Switch. FW is up to date, disconnected the Joycons and reconnected. No clue.

BB customer service is a JOKE

I tried to fix my address within the first 30 mins, but the options were greyed out. Than I contacted Best Buy directly to fix my address and they told me they did not have the ability to correct my address.
