Bad GM service at North McAllen store

Great standalone purchase, questionable upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic screen first of all, I love playing games handheld now versus my previous switch which sat docked at all times. The new screen and kickstand add so much to the portable experience as well as support now for Bluetooth headphones (coming to the regular switch as well). What I will say is, unless you are upgrading from a switch lite, or already have a plan for selling or giving away your switch, it isn't an upgrade I wholly recommend. However, this is clearly the best version of the switch, and frankly the only dockable one you should be getting considering the mere $50 bump.

Damaged & Useless!

However, our purchase was defective and damaged and given its high demand, we now are left without the item and little recourse. The screen has a chip and cannot be used, and we are left without the gift for our son.
