Good console, good games and good experience with the product

I wasn't sure I needed to pay for the OLED model, until I went into a competitor's store where they had the standard and OLED on display side-by-side, and I really got to see the difference. The clarity and brightness of the OLED display is gorgeous. I also love the versatility of this console, being able to take it on the go, and use it with its own display, or drop it in the dock at home and game on the big-screen with full size controllers. And even if you don't feel like shelling out for an actual controller, the joy-cons clipped into the included controller-esque cradle are reasonably comfortable to use, even for someone with large hands.

No issues yet! Love the original and the screen on this one is far better even when compared to switch 2 the OLED takes the cake in vibrancy.

The OLED screen is really a game changer for the Nintendo Switch, and is my go-to console. The black ink colors really make the game pop. However, after this review just wait for a switch 2.

Ill keep it brief and to the point. This is an awesome purchase and the white joy cons look great. However I have some callouts to make. I had the original Switch and only upgrading because I play handheld alot. If your going to be mainly playing on the TV then upgrading isn’t worth it, as it’ll look the same on the TV as any other switch model! If your going to get a switch for the first time then spending a little extra for the OLED model is def worth it, unless you already know your always going to play on the TV then its not worth it. Pretty good console. Only down side i see is the cost of the games. Nintendo online subscription is pretty useless if you dont like old console games. For the price, atleast mariokart should be free. And games are pretty expensive to purchase as well. Recommend it only for its portability.

Came in well packaged and I damaged. Game is awesome and brings back memories. I did the Nintendo family switch online so I could play my old mario games on n64 and really appreciate the chance to finish it again this time! I got some Pokémon games to play with friends as well and it’s a good investment in the long term. The graphics have surely improved from when I was a kid and it’s a treat to have as an adult. Would highly recommend to get one no matter how old you are now!

Great! So much fun and the screen is awesome. Portability is great, I can plan on the go or when my wife is using the tv.

The screen is absolutely gorgeous, worth an upgrade in our house as we had the launch model Switch. If you have a V2 Switch maybe not, but the battery improvement alone was worth it.

Really enjoying it, the screen is sharp and the colors pop nicely. The bump in storage is appreciated, but you’ll still need a micro sd card.

I was hesitant to get a Switch but when the OLEDs came out, I knew i had to get one. The screen looks great and it's awesome for travel.

I love the quality of the screen, looks like a gps system. Also love that it feels more like a console for an adult, then for a kid. Still had to buy the regular size controller though, which is fine. Overall can't complain, its a great investment if you're a gamer!!

The new screen makes the switch so much more enjoyable! The colors are amazing and the screen size is adequate! I love the new doc too! Cable management is a very cool addition!

Just a great system created by Nintendo! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a new game system.

A nice upgrade from my old switch. OLED is very nice and battery life is exceptional

Me and my fiancée bought ourselves a Nintendo Switch back in the summer of 2022. We had planned to use it for our favorite games and streaming our favorite shows. I grew up playing on the Nintendo Wii, and me and all my buddies would always play together when we had sleepovers as kids. Playing some of our favorite games, like Super Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, and any Lego game we could get our hands on, all the time. As we were all growing up, graduating, and moving forward in our own lives, we had fewer sleepovers and game nights. But one by one, we all heard about the release of the Nintendo Switch and ended up all getting one over the last few years. One of those buddies just got married this spring, so me and my other two buddies in our group all pitched in and bought them a Nintendo Switch OLED as a wedding present. After the wedding was over, our buddy told us all that it was the best wedding gift they had received, and he and his wife had been wanting one for awhile now. On top of that, less than a week from now, my fiancée’s sister is getting married to one of my best friends. So me and my fiancé decided to buy them a Nintendo Switch OLED for their wedding gift as well! They have played with us many times over the last year, and both would like to have one as well. My childhood friends, my fiancé’s family, and I have all played many hours of games and streamed many hours of our favorite anime in the last few years. The Nintendo Switch is always the center of attention when me and all my buddies get together for guys night. I will more than likely be buying more in the future for other wedding gifts! It’s definitely my favorite device that I use on a daily basis.
