I don't know if it is bad build quality, a used unit sold as new, or something else, but after only using it a couple of times, the screen has developed what appears to be very obvious looking air bubbles behind the glass that is very distracting. I couldn't seem to cure it so back to Best Buy it goes. Maybe I'll try again once it becomes standard stock at retailers.

The port within the stand broke almost two weeks in. And I don’t even take it out that much. I connect it straight to the tv. Not happy about that.

Great item. Love the design. We have a regular Nitendo switch and decided to get the Oled model. It’s smart and my kids love to play together.

Incredibly poor design of remote allows 6-year old child to improperly connect remote to Joy-Con grip, making it impossible to remove the grip — even after reviewing and trying all available help procedures. Have us wondering whether design flaw is purposeful to get folks to buy replacement? I would expect a company with the engineering know-how of Nintendo to be able to develop a smarter design.

I ordered for my child . My ordered never made it to FEDEX before getting stolen by the person that’s supposedly suppose to package it and ship . Either way it’s all Best Buy fault . And they have yet given me my refund . It’s been two weeks . Garbage company

Honestly a very small upgrade from the non oled version of the switch. ended up returning it

Hand held portion of game died in 3 weeks, still works on tv. Return policy at Best Buy and Nintendo are horrible. Will NOT buy from either again!!!

And on the top of it you don't own anything. Immense game prices that look like classic games form 90s

The person who helped me made a mistake with my contract with Progressive Leasing, and I had a lot of problems afterward.

I ordered this switch and it never arrived. I contacted 2 agents and they both agreed that a refund will be given to me. They reached out again a couple weeks later and told me that no refund will be given to me despite me not receiving this product. Terrible customer service from Best Buy.

Like the switch but the joycon just slides out and does not lock into place after only 1 month and mostly used on tv with pro controller

It works great. No problems. Joy con controllers can be switched which is great! Not everyone likes white

We love the switch and the games that are offered. Only complaint is how har it is to get the games out.

Being that someone purchased this with my credit card info and no one confirmed it bothered me and I can’t really rate it well. I’m sure it’s a fun system.

Great console the only bad thing is the left controller started to drift already.
