I bought this supposedly brand new Switch at the end of February 2024 and it has been malfunctioning basically since the day of purchase. It has always been extremely slow, has crashed in the midst of a game multiple times, and now it doesn't charge nor turn on it at all. I've troubleshooted to no avail. This system has been played for only 3 months and only used a few times per week. I am not a die hard gamer and do not know much about about game systems, so I thought things like this were normal especially considering the original Nintendo systems and games had to be blown on to work. I am extremely disappointed in Nintendo. I spent a ton of money on this system and on a bunch games which I can't even play nor access. I have an Xbox and an old school Sega Dreamcast which work flawlessly. I would not purchase another Nintendo product.

I love this console i havent played Nintendo since the Wii not the Wii U the wii lol the fact that its portable and can be played on the big screen is awesome. Just wish it came with another set of controllers for the price

This was a gift for my grandson he absolutely loves it !! Everyone in the family does.

It is super fun and great for playing in the car and has a lot of good games

I updated from the original switch to the Oled. So far its been a big improvement.

System comes ready to go. Great games and easy to set up.

Good for the family and pass time classics games for all ages

We have only had it 2 weeks and pulled it out 2x. It was hooked to my internet, but has shown a error code since day one. We tried hooking it to others over the goliday and it would not dind any internet and then it also would not connect to mine when we got home. Its under warranty, but it take 3 to 4 weeks to get it back and if they cant difure it out they send a refurbished one. This isnt good practice when we pay full price. Best buy has been great though!

Such a huge upgrade from the regular switch. Love the black and white color scheme, too.

The OLED screen brightness is amazing and well the Nintendo Switch speaks for itself.
