The Switch is new tech, so the jury is still out. I don't use the dock, because I don't want to scratch it. There's no way around it, the dock design isn't great. I bypassed the scratching epidemic with a small usb C type cable. It connects the Switch to the dock, so I don't have to actually dock it. Just my preference. My first Nintendo was the first Nintendo, and this is another great addition to their lineup of consoles. The Wii U could have been better, but this is making up for that. I expect pretty good things are in store for the Switch. Purchase a glass screen protector with it. Read other reviews and watch youtube videos for tips on the Switch.

I was sketchy about it at first, but then when I really start playing the games I started to enjoy it.

I finally got my switch! I got it to play with my brother and family. You can play on your own too, Idk why I like to play on my TV rather than just watching the little screen. To each its own, I ordered a switch from another store and they cancelled my order so I was glad when I actually went to pick up the switch in BestBuy.

If you're looking to pick up a good gaming system with some quality games here you go

The Nintendo switch is a fun console for the casual gamer. Nothing too extravagant. Don't expect high resolution or a lot of frames per second. Just casual family fun.

Great console, I haven't had any problems at all out of playing it, setting it up, connecting it to wifi but I had to buy a wire adapter that cost me $20 to connect it wired via internet to increase it's speed via download upload and a $65 micro sd card for more memory but other than than it's an amazing addition to my entertainment area and will surely bring back childhood memories.
