And they continue to excite and engage with the new system and games. I love that these are portable, and can be used at home on the big screen. Very handy for my two kids, and has been a lifesaver during this sequestered pandemic. I love playing it as well. Has survived drops and other abuse, though I will say the joy cons are not as durable as I would like. This is an awesome system that is useful in many ways and has a variety of different and exciting games for all ages and interests. Just wish the games weren’t so expensive and the cartridges so small and so easily lost. Also have found the kick-stand which sits the screen upright is not well designed, flimsy and easily broken. It also serves as the cover to the SD card slot, which is a bad idea as the stand comes off too easily, and when lost/ broken exposes the inner electronics unnecessarily. But the pros far outweighs the cons, and would recommend this system for any gaming fan, young or old.
