It is what it is. The Switch is a great handheld but I normally only use it on my TV.

I bought the Nintendo Switch so I could play Zelda. I played the first two games years ago. I have not played any games in 25 years. Best Buy sent me an Geek Squad invite. I accepted. When I showed up for my Geek Squad appointment, I received terrible customer service. I'm 57 years old, not being familiar with the gaming system, I asked the two Geek Squad employees with help playing the game. They both told me that was not why they were there for. They would not help me how to play the game. Very poor customer service!

When you are home you can play it on the tv. When it's time to go you pick it up and take it...pause it anywhere in the game turn it on and no need to wait for it to load just pick up and start right where you left off. Get home dock it and keep playing...just like Nintendo said...but having it and experiencing the way it does both mobile and console gaming in one is great...Nintendo really did it right...now I hope the developers can jump on and give it the library of games it deserves because it really is a great system.

Non stop fun. Being able to take it with you and have big screen play makes it a sure winner.

Comes with what is needed to get started … except for a game. The reason for five stars is that the kids love it.
