It’s a Nintendo switch what do you expect ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Bought for my grandson for christmas. He loves it.

I dropped my Switch in Handheld mode ONE time just 3 FEET from my bed to the hardwood laminate floor and now the left Joycon L1 button sticks and the controllers do not lock in, meaning they slide right off the switch in handheld mode if you aren't careful...making Zelda near unplayable.. Add to the the loss of tracking issues everyone is experiencing and the fact that the screens are made of PLASTIC and there is all of ONE game worth playing on the system, I cannot give this product more than one star. If I could return it I would but unfortunately I just have to wait for a restock and replace this plastic junk. I will probably be doing that several times throughout the year, as I can see this cheap piece of plastic trash breaking again at the slightest bump. Heck, even brand new out the box the joycons wiggle a bit when attached.. WORST Nintendo product ever, I believe. Even worse than VirtuaBoy!

System is great portability wise. Zelda is Wow factor 10, but the only way to save is on internal memory. if you run out you need to delete whole profile save. although you cant save to external device great system.

Screen Scratched out of the box. Do not recommend buying until Nintendo decides to put a glass screen on the Switch. This is a human interface device. Who designs a HID that scratches if you look at it the wrong way? Is this still 2003?

I am a huge Nintendo fan and have had every home console since the NES. Just like everyone else I was happy on day one with the Switch. Everything seemed to be working fine in docked and undocked mode. Then today I tried Zelda in portable mode at work and the screen kept flickering then blacked out. Yet, you still could hear yourself move around through the speakers. I get launches of consoles aren't perfect, but I am going to return mine for now. Pretty much everywhere is out of stock and I want my money back unless there is another Switch available. It's just disappointing when you throw that much money into it and stuff like this happens.

The man that helped my boyfriend and I was noticeable homophobic. We tried to purchase this item in store and he said that they we’re completely sold out, despite the Best Buy site stating availability. I ended up buying in online for curbside pick-up, and the same man brought it out to us. Must’ve been embarrassing on his end. Would love to speak to a rep. about my experience. 7202882080

Only buy if you like to waste money. Will not allow online game play without signing in but will not allow your email address to be approved. Sends a code to the email address and after getting the code and entering it into the system it comes up with reasons it will not accept the code. Even creating a new email address will not solve the problem. Most games on this system require online game play. Your better off getting an Xbox one. Nintendo needs to take some notes

I don’t know if I had bad luck but I bought this Nintendo switch tow months ago and it not charging any more , I went to the store and they told me because I didn’t Pay guaranty they can’t help me . I feel so disappointed because is not a cheap game and they just can not help me , I can’t believe something that you just buy it’s not charging anymore.

The Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 on 1/12/16 was garbage. I went from reordering this game to immediately wanting my money back.

Bought the console about a month ago and it already has the orange screen of death, no online fixes work and ill have to send in the console. I wasn't impressed to begin with, but now I'm going to miss the launch of smash, the entire reason I bought the console. I've grown a new hate towards Nintendo and will never be purchasing anything from them again.

I had fun with it, but after a while it got stale. 10/69 would shake joycon feeling ice cubes again.

Wow, I understand $300 price tag when device was first released on ‎March 3, 2017. Consumers paying the same price 3 years later is completely ridiculous. Nintendo is experienced in getting away with selling overpriced products that entices people.

I owned this console for a total of 8 1/2 hours and only had it on for 20 minutes only to have it brick after the first update. After Nintendo told me all I could do was send it in for repair, I returned the paper weight cause I couldn't exchange. I didn't even get to play a single game.

This should be worth 150 bucks because you could get a Xbox series s for the same price and have a better experience on 1080p but u will have 120fps instead of 30.

So bad and boring also you can't do like the Wii U

nintendo doesnt even sell them? I have to go through a third party seller/store? Why? Why do you not just direct sell these consoles? Ffs man why make this so complicated?

Just bought this today and plugged it in to discover the switch is frozen and won't charge. Unit keeps flashing on and off. What a waste of a product. Returning it tomorrow.

We used the switch for 1 month and it will not charge anymore. Will not even turn on very disappointing for the price we paid.
