I bought this for a Christmas present. I'm sure it's what he will love. He's a retro gamer. Consoles seem to be getting more and more expensive as do the games, and more accessories to go with them.

Great Christmas Gift for the kids. They are going to love it!

This is my second Nintendo Switch. My girl and I love to play and with having friends and family over, we have the option of doing so much more with 2 systems. You can't go wrong with the Switch.

So nice to be able to play on TV and suddenly if you want to go somewhere else you can seamlessly continue to play. So cool for impromptu party, so many fun games to play on multiplayer. Worth the money.

I wanted to buy the switch for a while, but I wasn’t sure. Finally I ended up buying it, and I love it. I can use it as a psp, connect it to the tv or just use it as a small tv...great variety of fun games too lol

My original Nintendo Switch still holds up amazing after all these years. A great buy the newer models have more battery life. I may even buy the Switch Lite so I can take it outside on the go with me.

This is the latest edition of console from Nintendo. It is fast. The games' graphics can be stunning and the games themselves are really fun. You could easily lose hours or even days at a time playing with the Nintendo Switch.

I have had all the systems over the years and with the push to 4k and intense games the switch focuses on one thing.. fun for all anywhere. It’s the most played system in the house by the entire family. Great job Nintendo!

Love the system. Great functionality! Keeps the gaming going!

So far this system has be a great addition to my gaming hobby. It takes Nintendo's greatest strengths (software design and portability) and puts it in a sleek package. Early problems with the device are being worked out such as connection issues with the left Joy-Con (which only seems to be an issue in "docked mode". Although it is primarily a "Zelda machine" right now releases coming over the course of the year have me confident it is a worth addition to my gaming library.

The Nintendo switch is a great console, very family friendly.

Plays great. Will get better when they update the online store

The Nintendo Switch is worlds better than the Nintendo Wii U. The switch is easy to use, easy to charge and easy to connect to any device. I love that I can take it on the go if I want. Only downside to this system is the need for many other "extras" in order to have a great playing experience. Extra controllers are expensive. Games are on the higher end. A memory card is a must. Storage case, screen protector, etc. It all adds up quick!

Overall a good system for the entire family. Games include multiplayers and single. Great mobility. Highly recommend.

This is a games machine first and foremost, non game apps will come after launch. Intuitive UI (Similar to PS4 UI), starting games and going to the home menu is lightning fast and once a game is put into standby mode, the battery is conserved (I purposefully went to the home menu as I was playing Legend of Zelda and went to sleep, the next morning the battery drain was roughly 6%. This console will continue to get better like other consoles before it overtime. Great Buy.

I really like this unit. Can watch and plan on my big screen or play on the hand held. I'm older so my gaming skills are kind of ancient, but they have several collections that are what I used to play. So cool.

I have a PS4 and have stopped playing it since I bought the Switch. This is the best system Nintendo has built yet and I wasn’t a fan of the Wii. The games are great and UX is perfect.

I love that I can play my games anywhere. When I’m at home I can play other games on my TV and when I’m ready to leave I can pull out of the dock and bring it wherever I want to go. Lots of great games definitely worth the buy

Bought the console to play Mario cart and it was fun and easy to set up. When you first log in you are asked to update which if it is brand new it should be already updated outside the box. That is the only problem that I had.
