I got this gaming system for my grandson for working with me this spring getting the yard and gardens ready and he loves this game system. We play when ever he spends the weekend here at our house.

The Switch is a very compact gaming machine from Nintendo. It's got a base that can be attached to the TV via HDMI Cable and I can dock the Switch to it and play on my big screen TV or its portable to be held in hand and I play when I commute to work in train or bus. The material used is very sturdy and well made, give a 'rich' feel to the plastic body. A good gaming console (though game cards are very costly to buy), love it.

Bought this as a present for my boyfriend who is now my husband! He loves video games and has always wanted a switch! He loves this thing he takes it everywhere!

I don't play much games, and I'm a new customer for Nintendo, just want to try the Zelda, that is a good game. Beyond that, the possibility to play with more people is another strong reason that I decide to buy one.

Ordered the switch and had to transfer stores to pick it up. Regardless everything went smooth it transferred stores and was brought out to my car via curbside pickup

I bought this game console for my wife. She loves it. It reminds her of the Nintendo 64 I have played Mario cart on it. It’s fun. It was hard to find it’s so popular.

We camped outside our BestBuy for 3 hours last weekend, and it was worth it. This is a fun system that is great for home and on the go. Like the Wii, it has engaged the whole family. I can't wait for more games to come out.

This console is great for what it’s intended to do which is being a portable console. However there’s not many games I’m interested in on the console and I find myself playing the PS4 or Xbox more often.

Nintendo always has a way of making me come back to my childhood. SNES was my jam and then Gameboy Color. The Switch is no different. Loving how I can play on tv or as a handheld. Nintendo, keep being innovative!

Best handheld gaming device since the DS (haha). My brother loves it and has a great time connecting with friends on it. Lasts long with battery.

I wondered why they didn't come up with this sooner. my son loves to take this with him to his friends house or relatives. the controllers are great. the games are entertaining and challenging, overall great product

I was reluctant to buy a Switch after purchasing a Wii U previously and being disappointed for the most part. However, it seems Nintendo has learned from their mistakes as well or is at least on a much better path. The fact that it can be a handheld is reason enough to buy it. Adding some memory gives me the capability for an entirely digital library as well which makes the inconvenience of a tiny game cartridge a non issue.

About 2 years too late for a review, I know. However, for the use I've gotten out of my switch, $300 is more than worth it. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Breath of the Wild, and much more have easily made my life, for lack of a better word, better. If you still don't have a Switch in 2020, you have to get one. Only cons I have are the Joycons (pun intended). If you use them regularly, there is like an 100% chance at least one of them will get drifting, or just stop working all together. Really wish Nintendo would have done better with them. I would suggest investing in a pro controller down the line if this is an issue for you.

At the start of the pandemic Switch's were impossible to find (unless you wanted to drop an ridiculous amount of money from scalpers), so I've been using a Switch Lite until the actual Switch came back in stock. I actually only bought it so I could use the Ring Fit Adventure as a home workout, but I do like having the option to connect it to the tv. in handheld mode the device is a little heavy and not as comfortable as using the switch lite, but using the handheld controller with the switch while using it's little built in stand works fine and feels much more comfortable.

Great new console! And of course, Zelda on it is amazing!
