I really dragged my feet on this purchase, especially since the console is getting pretty old. I hardly played my Wii U, other than a spurt of playing Splatoon. After lockdown, the release of Animal Crossing, and the shortage giving me fomo, I finally relented and got one once it was available. The portable format, even at home, has been so nice. It gives me another option to play if my husband is playing single player on the Xbox or vice versa. The graphics aren't great, but the games are really very good. It would be worth owning just for Paper Mario and Breath of the Wild.

I cannot get enough of my Switch. I love that I can play it on the tv but also as a handheld device. This has made quarantine time so much easier to deal with.

Great little console. Even better when on the go! Games seem to be limited but that’s usual for Nintendo. The big name titles are worth it tho.

I bought this for my 11yr old daughter and we have been having fun since. I love that we can play together and the option of her being able to take it somewhere else if we are using the main tv.

I was hesitant about buying a Switch, not sure it would compare to the other Nintendo's, or that I wanted to spend this much money. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!

Nintendo is mostly for kids and as an adult gamer I usually have no interest. However it is a fun system to play with my kid. It has all the fun elements of a video game and transcends age.

Really fun to play I wish there was more space for it but i had no problems with it, it runs great and great for road trips or going places

I bought this item for my stepdaughter’s birthday and she loves it! She has so much fun and so does the rest of the family.

The UI is nice and minimalist and setting up the system was fast and easy. Day 1 updates and demo installation for Snipperclips took no time at all and could be installed in the background, and even game updates were quick and could have been downloaded just by being shared with another Switch that has the update. The Switch is easily accessible to any region’s eShop for downloadable content available across multiple countries thanks to being region free. The eShop itself is nice and organized, but we’re still working with a limited lineup so time will tell how it keeps up. Yes, pesky friend codes are back, but the promise of adding friends through social media platforms softens the blow. Perhaps what eclipses all of this is the fact that I sat down at my TV, set up my Switch, put in the shockingly tiny Zelda cartridge, and was physically controlling Link only 3-4 minutes of load times and cutscenes after selecting the game from the home screen. We have not had a console be this instant with it’s delivery of games in so long. This has been the reason why I’m elated at the promise of the Nintendo Switch. And for this; it has ultimately delivered. People will nitpick and I know I have my fair share of them myself, but Nintendo Switch is a SOLUTION to an actual PROBLEM found in modern video game consoles. Online functionality, Cloud saves, adding friends through social media, bluetooth headset support; these are all things that can be added. Reviewing hardware the day it's first released is kind of silly. All of these things have the potential to be great. For now, the Nintendo Switch is good, and a unique new experience that is worth your money.

Bought one for myself and the GF took it. She loves it (over 50 hours of Zelda in 2 weeks already), so I had to get my own. Not enough games yet but I love the portability and looking forward to the future.

Best Nintendo game ever!!! You can play everywhere you go!!! Take it with you on the go, at home, play with friends!!!! The Nintendo switch is everything in one console! You need to buy it!

We love this console and its ease to transport around. We always take it with us for holidays and have our family play with it. It was a great purchase!

This is a great home and portable console. I would recommend this to everyone. One problem is that the Joy-Con wouldn't read amiibo. Nintendo replaced the Joy-Con with no problems. Now everything works great!

I had my reservations about buying the switch up until I got my hands on one. It is the only system that is great on the go and at home. Plus were is are you going to get your Zelda and Mario fix?

I bought as s Christmas gift to my daughter she loves out that she play on the big screen or just take with her where we go and it's great family games too

Great quality, as expected from Nintendo. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to lock and unlock the controllers, but we were able to figure it out.

Fun system with great controls. The games available and the graphics make this handheld system worth it. The dock allows you play multiplayer on the big screen and it's done right. A lot of fun!

It is great to have a gaming device you can take with you. The selection of games for this is tremendous and you can for sure find something to play. Play at home and then take it with you.

I bought this after they announced the new pokemon game coming out later this year. A bit pricey because this is replacing my 3ds. I play this more often than the ps4 because of its portability.

I’m a truck driver and have a lot of down time in my truck I got it to help kill time during down time and im hooked I wish I had gotten one as soon as they came out glad I got it now
