I was dissapointed that the nintendo switches were hard to come by this year as I have 2 boys who love gaming. I checked Amazon but thier prices were 2X that what BestBuy was selling for but there was no inventory to pull from. My friend told me to watch BestBuy closely as sometimes they get inventory in but it sells fast. So far 3 weeks my wife and I kept checking the website and the BestBuy app and finally my wife called me at work and said "we need to buy now" I was excited to see them come up on my BestBuy app and I bought 2. My kids are going to be excited this christmes!

Finally decided to get one of these bad boys and i absolutely love it! Reminds me of growing up with the gameboys but this thing is way better XD

Bought for my son while he recovered from having his tonsils removed. He loves it and so do I. Only problem is he’s totally addicted now.

The console's amazing so far I've taken it to play at home, school, hospital and in car rides. I don't suggest playing it late at night with games like 1-2 switch though. People might look at you funny.

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend, and I personally found myself liking it way more than I thought. It is extremely portable and has a great selection of games we can play together.

So far there able to play the cars game. I wish they would make more games for younger kids. But they enjoy it ages 7 and 10. My only issues is not a big selection of games.

The tablet is well built and seems sturdy but a bit smaller than I imagine. I really think Nintendo knocked it out of the park with this one I love the portability. Overall very happy with this system.

We’ve enjoyed our Switch immensely over the last few days and cant wait to pick up a few more games!

The Switch is popular with all my kids including a hard to please teen. Nintendo makes great family games and big bonus is the portablility of the Switch for those long car rides.

I’d been wanting a Switch for a long time and it is definitely worth it! Do not regret this purchase. Lots of great games that go along with it, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

I enjoy the portability. Great for on the go fun. Every one ask what is that not knowing it’s a system but when they start playing it they enjoy what this little system offers.

Absolutely love it. It keeps my kids busy while driving and occupied when going places. They really enjoy the game. Very relaxing and entertaining.

This is the best gaming console ever! Super easy for kids & lots of fun for adults too. It can be stationary played on the tv or you can take it on the go & play on the console.

I honestly love the switch so much. I hadn’t played since I was a kid on the GameCube, but the switch definitely brought me back to loving games. So hard to put down!

My teenage son loves his new switch. The portability is awesome so he can take it with him almost anywhere and the mario game is tons of fun. Great graphics and fun game play. Worth every penny.

We got this as a family gift for Christmas. We all love it. We even brought it to Walt Disney World with us to play in the hotel and on the airplane.

What more can I say. Travel size game console. I travel a lot and it's a good distraction when I fly. Play with it on 75' in the home. Love Doom and Zelda.

Purchased for my 9 yo daughter for her birthday. She had played her friend’s and really wanted one for her own - even to the point of offering to spend some of her savings on it to make it more affordable. So “highly anticipated” would be an understatement. She went crazy when she opened it up and we immediately started plugging it and setting it up. She set up the WiFi, her profile, character(s), etc pretty much on her own. We also got Mario Kart as a starter game. She played by herself with the joysticks attached for the first week as much as she could. So no problems there. The also played joysticks detached on her own and occasionally allowed me to race her. Again, no issues, just fun and a little bonding One weekend evening, we decided to try the console/stand on the big screen. That started out very fun! Graphics held up, lag wasn’t noticeable in single player. But when we played against each other, one controller (of course my daughter’s) stopped responding intermittently. She got extremely frustrated. We switched controllers and sure enough the left one would just stop responding. I searched for “fixes” online and some seemed to help for a while but not enough to finish a series. Overall, she did sour a little on the Switch, but she still plays it a lot by herself, with her friends, and her parents, but is reluctant to play in console mode.

Love it! It's amazing that my son can play Super Mario in his room, and if we want to go somewhere, he just undocks and gets in the car. Wish I had this as a kid!

Despite not having many titles out, yet, the Switch has become one of my favorite platforms of all-times. Easy to use, versatile, and portable. The first modular gaming platform is definitely a success.
