Best video game system in history

They took the money from my account and didn't start the instore processing for an hour and a half ( guarenteed ready in a hour garbage) store I picked up at had plenty instock. Took a while to find out why it wasn't going through in there store. Almost had to purchase a second one until it said my item was starting to be picked and had to tell the associate to cancel the transaction to get the one I originally ordered. poor customer service from the online department
