I'm hesitant to call this a home console, but I really think it's both a portable and a home console. We've played family games and I've played in bed, it's very versatile. I commend Nintendo on their push for innovation in gaming hardware and producing hand polished experiences with their software.

Despite the lack of triple A games, the very concept of the system is great for anyone who has never played videogames (like my parents). I have both versions of Breath Of The Wild and Mario Kart 8 (Wii U and Switch), and I can tell it's a better experience in both portable mode and deck mode in Switch. Also, the many indie games Nintendo's e-shop has are very entertaining. I'm looking forward for more games to come, meanwhile, I have had a great experience with the system since day one.

Ive had my Switch since launch day and have played it just about everyday....and the only game I have atm is Breath Of The Wild. I play on my lunch break and then come home and pick up where I was on my 55inch tv! So much potential with this system, I hope all Nintendo first and second party developers move away from WiiU/3DS and put all focus on Switch. The game lineup would be amazing! I havent had any JoyCon problems, scratched screens, or dead pixels. Dont fall for all the haters out there with their Doom And Gloom speeches! 32GB is fine because the games are on cartridges and dont need installed like every X1 or PS4 game! MicroSD cards are cheap if you want to go digital. I will personally go with physical games because I can resell them later if I need to. I knocked a star because the operating system is pretty bland right now. Needs more themes, more games on the eShop, the Virtual Console, etc. And I dont feel like anything is supporting that "Full Range RGB" setting yet because the colors still look kinda bland.

I finally decided to buy the Switch and I've loved it so far. Great for playing at home and on the go!

I had the Nintendo switch lite before purchasing this which worked wonderful and was great when I had it, but the experience of connecting to your tv to play makes the gaming experience that much better! I find myself playing my switch a lot more now by having the console and tv connection capability. The larger screen size is also nice for when playing games on the go!

I was very impressed with this system and how easy it is to use. The only thing I wish Nintendo would do is up the graphics cards in these. 720P is just not cutting it on most TVs now days. Love the system though and the old classics.
