It's been a small learning curve for her, but she's had a blast playing the two games we purchased with it, along with the Nintendo online library. It's also been fun to play with her and relive some of my own childhood.

Love the Nintendo Switch

Having games both easily playable in bed but also able to just stream right to the TV easily is really fun, and the library of games available is already great. Definitely good for indie games too.

Great for any type of gamer

It has a good feel when in hand held mode and does not feel like a cheap toy the way the Wii U gamepad does. I mostly use this in handheld mode, rarely dock and play. The only thing I would strongly recommend is to first get a screen protector for it especially if you will mostly use it as a handheld.
