Got this for the family. Games are kid appropriate. Not too much blood and guts like other systems. A second or more controller is almost a requirement. So far, very happy with system.

I went for an external hard drive and bought the switch on impulse. Couldn’t be happier! I love it, the kids love it and it was definitely worth the small investment.

Really easy to play and pick up, and a lot of options to for games to play.

I purchased two Nintendo Switches. One for me and one for my friend. My friend received the one I obtained through Best Buy. He had a problem with the device reading his cartridges. He talked to several Best Buys who would not help him switch out his Switch. They said they could not hold an item for him, but they're more than welcome to refund the item, which is not what he wanted. He didn't pre-order it to have to wait how long to get another, but his problem was solved through Nintendo. He sent it in to them and they fixed it, all in a single week, which is very impressive. Overall, I myself have had no problem with the system, and I love it very much. It's nice to be able to play on your TV and then jump back to handheld and vise versa. My only beef is if something like this doesn't work in the first place, Best Buy should stand by their customers and work with them better.

Fantastic console. Great mobility, you can play at home and then unplug it from the dock and continue playing in “gameboy” mode. Games are expensive thouhgg. But worth it!

My wife and I have no complaints! Bought this to play the Instant Sports games and it works perfectly, great way to spend the evening!

Buying the switch there makes me feel so much secure after the associate recommended me the warranty I buy to make sure if anything happens to it, it will get fix or replace

I love this system.. It is a BIG step up from the Wii U and my only complaint is the lack of games right now. But they will come forth soon enough. Zelda is keeping me busy right now :)
